Sometimes, friends come and go. Sometimes, friends become family and attach themselves to your heart forever. Such is the case with Jen, Scott, Jake and John. I want to wish my two favorite, twin boys, in the whole, wide world, "Happy Birthday". I still remember visiting them in the hospital when they were only hours old. John was just a teeny four pounder. Jake wasn't much more. I can't believe that today, they turn two. Tom and I are honored to be their "Non-Catholic God Parents". I can't wait to see them next Spring. I can't wait to see how they have grown and I can't wait to just sit and have a good, long, relaxing talk with Jen. I so miss her presence across the street. Even when I couldn't see her or our lives were crazy busy, I knew she was there. "Happy Birthday" sweet boys.
Skip is coming for dinner tonight and we are all going to Becca's "star party". The third grade has been studying space. We are going up to school, tonight, to look at constellations, with the rest of the third grade. It should be a lot of fun. Becca had a great report card. Yeah Becca!!
Laura is having a friend spend the night. It's a new friend that she has made at school. That should be fun. The girls love playing in the hot tub with their friends. Laura made all As and Bs on her report card. Yeah Laura!!!
Yeah!! Tom and Shari for surviving the first quarter of school.
Happy Day all.....

Finally catching up! Thanks so much for the sweet birthday wishes, Shari. That's what I needed to read this morning, so God must have known I needed to save my "catch up" till now. Glad your roof is mostly fixed and that your cold is now mostly gone. I'm proud of you for resting!
Love you guys.
Interesting to know.
