30 miles

Today the girls biked 30 miles for the Joplin mission trip Bike-a-Thon.  I am so proud of them.  No complaining, no injuries.  It was a good day.  I was the nurse for the group and I bandaged at least three kiddos who had significant scrapes to the knees and elbows.  Overall, it was a great time.  The kiddos biked from the Santa Fe trail head on Baptist Road all the way down the trail to America the Beautiful park and back to the trail head on Woodmen Rd..  That's a loooong way. 

We are all tuckered out, but it's a good tired.
